What is Vivy?

Vivy is a personal vacation assistant. She helps you plan, coordinate, and enjoy group trips. She handles the logistics so you can focus on the experience.

Is Vivy free?

Vivy is $99 a year. When you create your first trip, you get a 7-day free trial. No credit card required. Invited travelers always travel free.

How does Vivy communicate with me?

Vivy can reach you through in-app chat, push notifications, SMS, email, and phone calls. You control which channels are active in your settings. Vivy always respects your quiet hours.

Can Vivy call me?

Yes. Vivy can make live voice calls to help with trip planning, check in before a trip, or nudge group members. Every call is a real-time AI conversation, not a pre-recorded message. Calls are recorded and transcribed for quality and context.

How does group coordination work?

When you create a trip, you can invite friends by sharing an invite link. Each member sets their own preferences. Vivy coordinates the group by running polls, managing open items, and nudging people who need to respond.

What data does Vivy collect?

Vivy collects your name, email, phone number, location (when you allow it), travel preferences, and trip data. She learns your preferences over time to give better recommendations. You can see everything Vivy knows about you in the "What do you know about me?" section of the Me tab. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Can I delete my account?

Yes. You can delete your account from the Me tab or from Settings. This permanently removes your profile, all trips, chat history, preferences, and everything Vivy knows about you. This cannot be undone.

How do I opt out of SMS?

Reply STOP to any Vivy SMS message. You can also toggle SMS off in your notification settings. Reply START to resubscribe.
